1.Agreement
These terms apply to runebound.gg and the Runebound app ("Runebound", "we", "us"). By using Runebound you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Runebound. Our privacy policy at runebound.gg/policy explains how we handle your data.
2.An unofficial fan project
Runebound was created under Riot Games' "Legal Jibber Jabber" policy using assets owned by Riot Games. Riot Games does not endorse or sponsor this project. Riftbound™ and League of Legends™ are trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. Card names, text and art belong to Riot Games. TCGplayer is a trademark of eBay Inc.
3.Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Give a real email address, keep your password secret, and tell us if you think someone else has access to your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person per account.
4.Your content
You own what you add to Runebound: your collection, decks, profile and posts. You give us permission to store, copy and display that content as needed to run Runebound, including showing anything you make public to other people. You can make content private or delete it at any time, which ends that permission (except for copies others already saved, such as a copy of a public deck).
Only publish things you have the right to share, and do not put personal information about other people in your profile or posts.
5.Acceptable use
Do not use Runebound to:
- harass, threaten, impersonate or abuse anyone, or post hateful, sexual, violent or illegal content;
- spam, advertise, or mislead people (for example fake listings or scams);
- access other people’s accounts or data, or get around rate limits, blocks or security measures;
- scrape the service, overload it, or use automated tools against it beyond normal personal use;
- break any law or anyone else’s rights.
You can report content and block people from the "…" menu on profiles, posts, decks and collections. We may remove content or suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
6.Prices and Porodigy are informational
Market prices come from third-party sources, can be delayed or wrong, and are estimates, not offers to buy or sell. Collection values are not financial advice. Porodigy is an AI assistant: it cites the official rules where it can, but it can make mistakes. The official Riftbound rules and tournament rulings always take precedence.
7.Third-party services
Runebound links to other sites such as TCGplayer. We do not control them and are not responsible for them; their own terms apply.
8.Ending your use
You can stop using Runebound and delete your account at any time from Account and security. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or stop offering Runebound or part of it, and will try to give notice when we reasonably can.
9.No warranty
Runebound is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available, accurate or error-free.
10.Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of Runebound, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (Runebound is currently free). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
11.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell you in the app or on the website when a change is significant. Continuing to use Runebound after a change means you accept the new terms.
